Let me introduce myself!

Cooking and exploring are two passions of mine.

I love to try new recipes and also make up new ones. A few years ago, I took an allergy test and discovered I am allergic to dairy and eggs. I am slowly discovering new ways to eat and would love to share them with you. In addition to cooking egg and dairy free, I am also really into cooking seasonally and eating healthy.

As for exploring, I love to travel around Washington state, Oregon, Idaho and British Columbia. If there is a mountain (snow or no snow), that's where you will find me, if I'm not in my kitchen, that is.
